We provide quality hands-on training to equip every student who is enrolled in our program. We invest in every area of your life. Our inclusive cosmetology school curriculum consists of:
- Cosmetology theory and salon management
- Shampoo, rinses, and scalp treatments
- Haircutting and styling
- Chemical rearranging: Perms, relaxers, and hair coloring
- Nail Extensions, manicures, and pedicures
- Facials, makeup, and Skin care

Taylor Mosley, the owner of Becoming Better Training Academy, had a master plan to bring forth a Cosmetology & Barbering school for students who desires to enter into the Beauty Industry.

Taylor Mosley, the owner of Becoming Better Training Academy, had a master plan to bring forth a Cosmetology & Barbering school for students who desires to enter into the Beauty Industry.
Taylor has been in the beauty industry over 5 years. While attending Cosmetology school, she discovered that entering the beauty industry was something she wanted to do long-term. Being inspired by one of her teachers, she realized helping others learn & grow was her true purpose & passion in life, so she continued her education to obtain her Cosmetology Instructor License. Soon after graduating, Taylor had clear vision that she wanted to own her own hair Salon in 2020, during the pandemic, and her business skyrocketed. She then became a Cosmetology Instructor at Manor ISD for 3 years and loved it, but something was missing. Taylor dreamed of a major plan to start her own Cosmetology/ Barber school. In 2023, she had went back to school to obtain her Barber License to learn and teach others. The rest is History!
